This 2027 calendar gives you twelve months on one page, with Monday-first grids and observed US federal holidays marked by a star. Download the annual PDF to see where an appointment, trip or deadline sits in the year. Choose a monthly sheet below when you need writing space. Each monthly download contains its own dates, rather than another copy of the annual page. The year begins on Friday and contains 365 days; February has twenty-eight.
Use the right size for your printer
The annual calendar is portrait. Letter is sized for 8.5 by 11 inch paper, while A4 is 210 by 297 millimetres. Select the matching paper in your print dialog and check the preview before printing. Use actual size if the margins fit, or fit to printable area if your printer clips an edge. Monthly sheets use landscape orientation. Their larger squares are better for handwritten appointments; the compact year overview is intended for reference.
Understand the holiday marks
These files use OPM's observed dates for most Monday-through-Friday federal employees. Several differ from the holiday's calendar date. The reference includes December 31, 2027, which observes New Year's Day 2028. The holiday page explains all twelve observed dates that fall within 2027. Employers, schools and local services may follow another schedule, so confirm their actual closures before making plans.
